The Broadway Electrical
Workshop team have in depth experience in repairing and overhaul
service for your dynamo / alternator or starter motor, including
rewinding and commutator rebuilding.
Plus we also stock a range of difficult to locate components for
classic and vintage cars.
Broadway is pleased to offer a quality rebuild
service to all makes of unit, fitted to classic and vintage cars. All units
are stripped and cleaned. Metal parts are sand blasted. Faulty or damaged
components are examined and tested, then replaced or repaired as required.
Units are rebuilt with attention to detail
ensuring classic and original appearance. Final multi coat paint finish is
applied and acrylic lacquered to improve looks and protect paint. All units
are put through final electrical bench test. The final product is plastic
shrink wrapped and well packaged for safe transit.
Our expert technicians
have in depth knowledge gained from decades spent in the auto
electrical business having been trained by names such as Lucas in the
1950's and Bosch automotive. Our workshop in Grays, Essex is equipped to deal with
complete unit overhaul. Many customers believe that their vehicles
parts are beyond repair but our skilled team have rebuilt units that
are not easy obtained in the UK and who's owners had given up on ever
seeing them run again.
We pride ourselves on the
service we provide to owners of classic vehicles and members of owners
